2.2 Users are encouraged to independently verify any information obtained from the App before acting on it.

3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Users are responsible for all activities conducted using their account and for safeguarding their login credentials.
3.2 Users agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• Uploading harmful or illegal content.
• Engaging in unauthorised data extraction or scraping activities.
• Using the App for malicious or unethical purposes.

3.3 Faithful Code LLC disclaims any liability for damages arising from misuse of the App.

4. Privacy
4.1 Faithful Code LLC collects and processes data as described in its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
4.2 By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, and trademarks, is the property of Faithful Code LLC or its licensors.
5.2 Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the App or its content without prior written permission.

6. Termination
6.1 Faithful Code LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Violation of these Terms.
• Security concerns.
• Legal requirements.

6.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to the user under these Terms will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Faithful Code LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the App.
• Inaccuracies or omissions in the App’s content.
• Unauthorised access to user data.

7.2 Faithful Code LLC’s liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1 Faithful Code LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
8.2 Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Security
9.1 Faithful Code LLC implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
9.2 Users acknowledge that no system is completely secure and agree to use the App at their own risk.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict of law rules.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

11. Links to Third-Party Websites
11.1 The App may contain links to third-party websites. Faithful Code LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Faithful Code LLC concerning the App and supersede any prior agreements.
